Clinical Features:
An 85-year-old male patient came with lower urinary tract symptoms.
Ultrasound Features:
- Urinary bladder wall is irregular, thickened & trabeculated with luminal sedimented debris.
- Multiple blind-ended outpouchings are seen from the bladder wall.
Remember:
3D ultrasound may help evaluate bladder wall irregularity better, especially in chronic cases.

Couple of days ago, i saw a case, middle aged man with hematuria, usg showed well defined, rounded, lesion with smooth margin, however lesion is echogenic,so is it UB carcinoma or likely ?ureterocele?
