Ellie, your hero dog, protecting you. I started using Acure products as well. A good clean lotion for dry skin associated with chronic issues is Ceramedx. Pray you get thru these episodes and stay strong.

That POTS episode sounds so scary! I'm glad you were okay! I am relatively new to having bad POTS and it is so scary sometimes. I am glad you were able to plan out your school schedule so you didn't get sent into a flare and didn't lose money on the classes. I unfortunately had to drop out midsemester due to health reasons and wasn't able to get my money back. I pray for your health and future! ❤ always enjoy your vlogs!

Obviously always consult with your doctor but one thing that has really helped me in those situations is eating straight salt and drinking a bioltye. It helps raise my blood pressure. And I have had that happen to me before :/ it was a couple of years ago but I had. to drop out of all my classes and I also didn't get my money back.
