80 degrees is warm, what are you talking about!😂😅 I live in a cold area we swim in the 72 degree lakes when it’s 80. 90 degrees is hot, I can’t handle hot weather especially with POTS and ME/CFS, praying you survive that heat!🥵🔥☀️☠️

If it’s not at least 85, I cannot get in any body of water 😂 thankfully for my POTS, we are starting to get cooler weather!! I’m so sorry I’m just now seeing this!!
