So so sorry about your grandad. Prayers 🙏🏻 zebra hugs from USA. Yes this all sucks. And going thru that now, not seeing your nan, I get it. Hate to see you cry. It is a very strange time in the world that none of us have ever experienced. I’m overwhelmed with three kids home, may not go back to school at all... it’s just all insane. Plus feel a tad bit coughy and obsessing I’m getting sick. Hating not getting to spend Easter with my parents- they’re only 3 miles away, and I have driven to take them various supplies etc that my hub has gone to store for, but mom is way more high risk than I so only visiting them on the porch for few minutes. But no Easter with them and kids for first time ever... rambling, so sorry, haven’t been sleeping and yes losing track of days is crazy. Had two tele vid dr appts with my pain management and primary and got rx s filled, but not sleeping, gastroparesis bad..... yeah, I’ve made no sense. I’m sorry. All we can all do is just hang in there. Hugs xxxx

kat kaplan for sleep try melatonin. I use two 3 mg tablets 20 minutes before bedtime. For everything else, ROUTINE, ROUTINE, ROUTINE!!!! Establish a routine and that will help you keep track of days. Good luck Kat!! Many spoons and hugs to you !

Gordon Wybo ty for the kind words and advice! ❤️ yes- I’ve taken melatonin tablets or gummies over the past few years, but just last week I started a product a neighbor sells- a melotonin and supliments sleep spray u spray on your tongue- it IS helping and keeping me asleep most nights several hours longer than normal-(all my life I’ve woken every 1-3 hours due to pain) but it is helping. And yes, we’ve been trying to keep routine- kids schooling is in am, while I tidy and do laundry etc... was over doing too many projects at first (decluttering closets etc) and racking up too many steps on fit bit. Now I’m trying to self care and rest a bit more.

Gordon Wybo microlife nutritionals by vasayo, sleep micro mist I believe it’s called. They must have a web site. My neighbor sells the products, and sent me a link If you want to email me at kb4ma@aol.com I can send it, if you can’t just straight out order it.

Aww Jenni love you must be heartbroken over loosing pappy. There’s never a right time but at the moment is really the wrong time. For centuries families have gotten together to grieve, remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones and now it’s all cut off. My dad died on the 1st March after being in hospital for a month, he was waiting for surgery but not having any treatment as such. We were really lucky in that we got to visit him in hospital and I was able to be with my mum for the first 3 weeks after he died. His funeral plans changed 48 hours before but people still came and he had a lovely service although there was no wake afterwards. I feel terrible that I can’t be with my mum as she continues to grieve for her husband of 56 years all on her own. She’s got a number of quite serious conditions so I’m worried about her for that as well. I just want you to know that you are not alone in this. We care for you and will be here for you. Xx

It's very strange isn't it! I'm so sorry for your loss Karen. Your mum seems to be in a similar situation to my Nan they were married 65 years so this is the first time she's really been on her own. So hard we can't be there for them but if it keeps them safe what else can we do. Sending so much love your way!
