I have two people who are in hmd twice a week , their sugar is too high around 360mg/dl, and heart also compromised, high BP. Hello sir I need your help in one case of trigeminal neuralgia. pt. is suffering from 2 years taken all allopathic medicine but getting no relief. he has electric like pain in left side of face sensation as hot needle are pricking and vibrating for 2 to 3 second. pain in only one spot now and is covered by one finger. pain aggravated by cold air, cold water, cold food, winter season and pain starts in evening specially from 9 pm to 4 am. pain intencity is less in morning and afternoon pain is aggravated by talking pain amelioration by pressing that point.sir first I have given spigelia pt. has no relief than I have given natrum salicylicum 200 radiating pain up to eyes and cheeks are completely ameliorated. And now pain is settle in one point only. But from few days intencity and frequency of pain has increased I have given natrum salicylicum in 1M and intercurrent syphilinum 1M single dose. Sir i have taken complete case pt. Constitutional is natrum siliceata I have given also but getting no relief sir guide me what to do now.🙏🙏🙏
