🌟 chronic mood reader makes a tbr prompt jar 🍄 trying to get through my physical tbr 📚

Welcome to another silly little video! I've always enjoyed watching other people make these TBR jars so I thought it was finally time to try it myself, and hopefully it can help me get through some of my ridiculously long physical TBR. 🤞🏻

I’m also a mood reader so I’ve been scared to try out a tbr jar, but this give me hope! In my most recent reading vlog I had my cat pick my tbr which felt like a good step forward to being able to commit to a full tbr jar 🌟

I like having a tbr because I like having structure and a safety net, but at the same time it's also a suggestion, because I don't like being tied down or feeling forced to anything. Also if you haven't read it yet, Project Hail Mary would be a good scifi book to dip your toes into if scifi isn't normally your thing. Particularly the audiobook.

Great idea! I'm just like you with mood reading, so TBRs are usually my nemeses 😅 but this year I've tried reading challenges. I've searched online for a couple, printed reading bingos and lists and tried random numbers generator. I tried to use books I own for some time. Will be honest, so far, I haven't enjoyed the books I've read this way, but I think it's because I read them for a prompt and not because I want to. Will try to make changes to this system and maybe just read my blacklist and then look if I can use it in any challenge. I really hope you'll succeed ❤️ Happy reading!

I’m also a mood reader but the past couple of months I’ve been making myself a bingo card where all of the prompts are very loose. I don’t have to read that many books but if I do and get a bingo I’m going to reward myself by buying a special edition.
