Hidden gems are scattered around Augusta, Maine

Pierre, SD has a bike trail right near the capitol, too. State workers use it for a break. The capitols look similar as well but Pierre is the second largest capital and Augusta the third. I want to visit Montpelier and see the smallest capital city. I wonder if has a nearby trail, too.
