What a perfect weather weekend for Rhinebeck. I was there with a group of friends and we had a blast. I rarely drink alcohol, drink. Lot of seltzer - when I want a change from just plain seltzer, will mix it with a bit of my favorite flavored kombucha to make a mocktail. Hope you had a great weekend.

Not into cocktails but love a good Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc. Great video on your Rhinebeck journey. Your knitting is beautiful. Teddy's sweater is adorable as is he! What a beautiful weekend doesn't get any better.

I'm not so much of a cocktail drinker, but I do love the Hetta glog that is sold in the food building at NYSW. I am lucky to have it sold at a store in my town in CT so I can get it all year long. It was lovely chatting with you Kathleen at lunch under the umbrella.

I love Teddys Everyday V neck- going to look at the pattern to see the size for a 2 year old. My favorite cocktail is Pennsylvania Dutch egg nog- heated- and add vanilla ice cream and a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. It’s a cocktail and a dessert! Wonderful for the holidays!thanks for sharing Rhinebeck with all of us that could not attend.

I don't have a cocktail or mocktail often, but while in Detroit this summer, we had cocktails at Dragonfly, a cocktail bar next door to the restaurant Freya. I don't have the recipe, but this is what it said on the menu and it was DELICIOUS! BRONZE & SUNFLOWER 12 Cynar, Averna, Lime, Pineapple

My absolute favorite fall cocktail is Caramel Apple Sangria! 🍎 1 liter bottle of white wine (I like Reisling) 8 cups fresh apple cider 1 cup caramel or salted caramel vodka 4-5 apples, chopped (I like Honeycrisp) Mix everything together in a pitcher and chill for a few hours before serving!

Enjoyed this episode. Looking forward to Kathleen's mini episode about her trip. Interestingly - the two major places in the UK for me are Glasgow (where my Mum's side of the family come from - and my brother was born) and the area near the Cotswolds - my Dad's side of the family come from the Bristol area - and I was born in Bristol). Right now my favourite cocktail is an aperol spritz. If I'm going non-alcohol I like Fever Tree Tonics. Lots of choice there but I think my fave is their light version.

Fun episode. i had a really good mock tail at a restaurant after we went apple picking. It was apple cider, cranberry and orange juice over crushed ice and served in a mason jar with fruit on the side.

I'm not sure if it truly qualifies as a mocktail, but my mother-in-law introduced me to a punch she called "dirty mother". It was concentrated apple juice and grape juice, diluted with 7-Up instead of water. Very sweet and fizzy, yet quite yummy!

I think I’m just going to be Kathleen’s twin. I made 3 Islesburgh Toories for Shetland Wool week and took my Lopi sweater because she convinced me. Bought a vest worth of Shetland yarn for a colourwork vest (all undyed) and am planning another Felix, but with mohair.
