Lorenzo and I had planned on arranging Battle with Magus (魔王決戦) for a couple years before we got to doing it. As I was in the planning stages of my EP, I knew this track had to be on it and that he would be the guest artist. I flew out to BC Canada to arrange it with him and get the guitar, bass, and drum parts down. From there I took it home and recorded flute and chorals in studio. Mixing this beast was a real challenge for me, but I am so happy to have had Lorenzo and AHmusic to help consult me on the mix!
