Not much, running through the covers...had to go back to some older ones to find some other games I'd played through. Listening to the Mass Effect 2 suicide mission one now. Been quite awhile since I've been 'this' hooked on any kind of musical talent. I'd have to say when I got into Disturbed is about the only comparison. Since posting this...hell...dunno how long ago this morning...I found my favorite so far; The original composition: Exodus

Had a shitty day. This made it. Video game composers don't get recognized nearly as much as they deserve and it is always fantastic to see covers people do of that music. It is always a pleasure to find someone who captures it and takes it that one step further. When music can move you emotionally you know it is something special. First piece I have listened to of yours and I already look forward to sitting down and listening to more. Cheers :)

Never before has a metal instrumental track made me straight cry before, but the pain, the fear, the sadness, the anger, all the emotions swirling in that poor girl's heart are on display through the soulful wail of that goddamn guitar, man. If we ever get a modern CT remake, if they dont contact you personally to do some of the music, they're fucking high. Legendary. Thank you for making my fond childhood memories all the more so.

Until then keep up the stellar work.

Now that I'm almost through your ''Best of''-playlist and the last song is from Undertale (which means, that my comment would probably just be flooded away), I have to get something out of my system: I am AMAZED by how much one can add to a song while staying true to the original. @RichaadEB9 жыл бұрын
insaneintherainmusic I think this arrangement has been floating around in my head since March, and I had been working kinda sorta on it on and off until about 8 days ago, which is when I really started to get stuff done on it. My progress on it even during those 8 days was really sporadic though, sometimes I'd just stare at my DAW playing what I had laid down over and over again before closing and giving up for the night. This is why I take forever on my videos lol

the tragedy of janus & schala is one of the greatest side plots in any video game, and continues to make me think of chrono trigger even to this day though i haven't played the game in many years. it's stupid but i still feel a small tinge of emotion whenever i hear schala's tune because even though it's fiction, on some level it's real enough to me that i feel a sense loss for magus. it was a great story. they really don't make games like this anymore.

Skull-fracturing, brain-bleeding, metal at its finest! As a longtime lover of Schala's theme from Chrono Trigger, I have quite a discriminating ear. I've NEVER seen a proper Metalcore cover for it--until today. Hats off to ya, RichaadEB! That said, I've also noticed something that as a hardcore/metalcore fan, you may not have realized. If you slow down the tempo and reel back the distortion a bit, the result would be an epic cross between the power ballads of the '80s and 'The End of Heartache' by Killswitch Engage. Might be something to consider as a future project. As it is, the current track's already on my hard drive and on repeat. If my brain liquifies under the sound pressure levels, I've got written instructions to send you the bill for my burial :P
