I can kinda hear what you mean, you might be on to something there. I always thought I could hear her singing with the team in the second verse, starting at 2:40 with "The world keeps turning on". I could actually see both being the case, regardless of the original intent for the song!

It's not only you, I see the resemblance. If I'm remember right Chrono trigger and Dragon ball are both done by Akira Toriyama.

@@suraivase7285 You are correct, he also does the art for the Dragon Quest series as well. In fact, if you've ever wondered why the art is so different in the sequel of Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, its because they specifically did not bring Toriyama back because they wanted the sequel to be as different as possible from the original game due to bad memories of its development.
