Football Club Simulator is a game that tried to recreate a legendary Spanish Football Manager, called PC Fútbol. This is the game that during the 90s and early 00s was really popular until it fell off and people started playing FM, and there are prople trying to recreate that game just for the nostalgia factor. There is also a project called PC Futbol 6.0 which is trying to recreate the game in an official way, sadly the guy that is leading the project is an asshole that has delayed the release of the game for years and spends most time on twitter calling people out that are complaining about the lies he always tells.

Another football game you should try out is from the Backyard Sports series "Backyard Soccer". There's even an MLS edition featuring some of the popular players of the year the game released, for example in the 2004 version players like Landon Donovan, Clint Mathis and Cobi Jones were added alongside the kid's roster
