Some stuff I liked about each drawing/story: 1: I love the idea of Moon being a symbiote that Sun is the host to. It works really well with their canon lore, and the actual design looks great! 2: Toy Chica’s character being the daughter of the original Chica’s character is an interesting idea, and the backstory of being a SHIELD project gone horribly wrong is really cool. I also think the beak being a removable mouthpiece, rather than simply either being there or not, was a really creative touch! 3: Holy cow, this backstory is tragic. You can’t help but feel really bad for everyone involved. I really like how you incorporated the Mimic’s ability to, well, *mimic* into being a design feature for the purpose of caring for the kid. It translates really well into the drawing too! 4: The backstory is really clever, especially the reasoning behind Ballora’s eyes usually being shut. The design admittedly does kind of just feel like a redraw of Ballora, but I do like the little changes you made to her hair. All in all, looks pretty good! Keep up the great work! 😁

Um, I hate to be that guy but popcross didn't invent the idea of the mimic being built for a child. In one of the fnaf books an inventor builds a robot called the mimic to take care of his child. The child dies in a car crash, he attacks it, in the book the mimic kills it's creator and fazbear intertanment finds it and takes it. He changed the ending to make it more supervillany, he didn't create the whole story.

I’ve always been a fan of how the narrators never do cliche or common actions that sit-coms, action or drama movies, and anime make all their characters usually due in situations. The narrators seem more level headed than any fictional characters that have ever existed and your last video proved that. I am a fan of cartoons that are made to be comedic but I quickly lose interest if the character is made to act like an idiot to make a cliche story happen even though they are capable of being funny without randomly making every action they take could ruin a good day or the world.

Thank you so much! I too sometimes enjoy the zannier stuff, but with my own characters I always want them to feel more grounded emotionally while existing in crazy, superhero/monster filled worlds. I want the core lessons or emotions behind each story to be relatable even if the settings arent :D So thank you for saying that!

I was not expecting Ballora’s story to go into the ‘Unthinkable’ FF arc (ie. Doom’s demon skin armor made of Valeria), but it and all these stories were spectacular! Great work as usual!

I love the symbiote angle for Sun/Moon, though I wonder if a more reluctant bond would work better for the character. Like a Hulk or Sony Venom situation, where they're constantly fighting with other and then occasionally have to work together within themselves. Then again, that would probably work better for a FNAF Characters as Marvel Heroes/Characters video as opposed to exclusively villains.

True, I did originally think of this as a heroes episode, but the stories were all leaning a bit more villainous and I just went with it. If I'd gone hero angle I think that route would indeed have been good!

Sunny's story is a sad one... but hot damn, you mixed Spider-Man and X-Men lore with that one quite nicely. Mimic was also a surprisingly fun one. Seriously, awesome episode PopCross. I'm a touch surprised that you didn't use the Springtrap version of William in this episode but perhaps the suit will become a villain later down the road... or perhaps even a hero. LOL! I look forward to seeing more along this theme. Besides that? I do hope one day your muse inspires you to one day take some of your favorite anime characters and turn them into a cast for the boardgame, "Clue".

Funny how when turning the literal murder-bots into straight-up villains you somehow found ways to make ALL of them in some way sympathetic. Story MVP for me goes to Sun/Moon, since a symbiote fits very well for a split personality (plus I just feel bad for the guy), and design MVP goes to Chica, notably how you made her signature blackened eyes into tinted lens on the mask. If you do a sequel it might be cool to see some of the more non-lethal bots like Balloon Boy and RWQFSFASXC. That aside this video was great to watch, keep up the stellar work! Today is Day 87 of me requesting Shovel Knight characters as dragons. (YES! I was HOPING that number would land on something FNAF related!)

This was incredible. I've recently been enjoying your FNAF themed videos since the stories they have are so unique and amazing, and I've always loved anything superhero/supervillain related since its interesting to how their incredible stories will unfold. So seeing you draw some FNAF characters as Marvel villains is incredible. I especially loved Daycare Attendant’s and The Mimic's designs the most. Daycare Attendant (aka Moondrop and Sundrop/Moon and Sun)'s gives off that frightening and sinister look to him that makes you understand that you should always be warry of the unknown especially when it comes to the sun and moon...plus I love how the almost possessed symbiot look works for him, Toy Chica’s gives off a well armed fighter that's willing to show people that just because she looks delicate doesn't mean she's defenseless...plus I love how she rocks that techno organic look to her and reminds me a lot of sci-fi warriors from games (and for some reason I can see her fit well in the Overwatch universe), The Mimic's design gives off that feel of a put together machine that's willing to show everyone that he’s both a feared and respected force...plus this design really shows both that Steampunk and powerful machine look that's also reminiscent of some omnics from Overwatch, Ballora’s design gives off that feel of an elegant and acrobatic dancer that still has some form of hidden deadliness and could potentially be more dangerous than anything else...plus I don't know why, but for some reason the more classic and simple ballerina look with that cybernetic and magical flare to her just seems to work. This was an amazing video with a new topic...and I like it. I'd love to see you try to turn some more FNAF Characters if they were Marvel superheroes/villains since I think there is still so much more to tell. I'd also be ok with seeing you do a video on drawing some FNAF Characters as either kaijus, SCPs, more Superheroes or as more mech/fantasy armours, since I think that would be pretty interesting...plus if its the case for armours, I think Benny and Vasilia would have a blast, and it would be fun to see Benny and Vasilia come up with armour ideas based on some of these Mighty Beasts and perhaps even work on a joint project and make a fantasy-mech armour hybrid. I also can’t wait to see how Mara’s story continues in the multiverse tales episodes. Great job as always Christian and I can’t wait to see what you draw on Monday’s video. P.s. do you think you could do a video of turning dinosaurs into mech armours? Cuz I want to see how Benny Sharp and Champagne McGregor would get along. Anne from Amphibia (arrested sometime after her return to Earth at the start of season 3, with Waller taking the role of Agent X), Star Butterfly from Star vs the Forces of Evil (busted for her attempt to destroy all magic in the multiverse), El Tigre (his flip-flopping between hero and villain having caught-up to him), Gary Godspeed from Final Space (being sent to the Squad instead of his exile to an abandoned space station), Koala Man (taken in after he took the blame for starting the 2nd Emu War at the end of episode 7), Luffy from One Piece (arrested for piracy), Jolyne Cujoh from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (arrested for the same reason as in the series, but Waller takes the role of Pucci), or Eren Yeager from Attack on Titan (arrested for war crimes).

This might just be my favourite video concept ive seen in a year! the back stories are interesting and nice to listen while watching the amazing art! i also love that there other familiar characters in the stories and the details in the art like toy chicas beak is a mask, referencing the fnaf 2 where the beak comes off

whenever im watching your multiverse tales videos i always have a picture of whatever character was talking and what they looked like in the moment but something i have a difficult time with is imagining "where" they are, basically i think it would be cool to draw places of your characters "homes" (Ex. vasillias workshop, the sharp tank, tayrun's house, etc)

Hey I loved this video! I honestly don't know the lore for these characters but the stories were great all the same! I just thought that a great idea for a story focussed episode would be the game Kick the Buddy. The one with the dummy that you beat up relentlessly until he dies and he comes back to life each time. I thought that he could be some tech companies experiment gone wrong his development would be kind of similar to your Doomsday as a marvel superhero but in this case the character becomes a villain.
