If it's new to my ears it's 'new' music. For this reason i've dropped out of modern pop. Nothing i like. With thebestdreamihad i'm finding some real treats. New 0ld ones. This is good. Need more goodness on this planet. Back in the mid - late '60s there was simply more music made than the stations could play. Seriously. It was overwhelming. This is my chance to CATCH UP on missed jewels. I put 'um on tape. Getting some good playlists here. Thank You.

There's good modern music. You just have to search it out, like finding channels like this and learning about old albums u never heard of. It's just that most good bands now put their music out themselves or on an independent label
@dprice818 ай бұрын
The only modern pop I like is "Lawrence". They are semi known but they're not huge. They make quality albums for pop. King Gizzard and The Wizard make a great psych pop album called Fishing For Fishies. Summer Woods I would consider pop. She's made a few quality songs that very few people have heard unfortunately. She's young though so she's got time. Underground is where it's at. And yes so many late 60s and 70s rock music. Lots of great music to discover.

Grandissima dimostrazione Direi!!!!

Long live rock'n'roll !

There's a great article on the internet about James "Spider" Barbour (the leader of this band and the guy at the bottom of the band photo) and his wife Anita. They live in Woodstock NY and love music and insects, and wrote a book about insects. James wrote the text and Anita took the photos. Three of the others in this band have died, one when he was only 27, in a car accident. The female vocalist became a marine biologist. The drummer, Daoud "David" Shaw, went on to play with Van Morrison, Jerry Garcia, and Etta James (!), and from 1975 through 1977 was the drummer for the Saturday Night Live band led by Paul Schaefer. He died in 2018 at age 71 from cancer.
