Unico album y evaluado aproximado de € 700 el mas barato , pero esta reeditado para suerte de los que no podemos pagar esos absurdos valores .

Excellent record by this long forgotten band. By the way on the discogs page for this band I’ve seen some comments by people saying that the intro for the first song sounds like Nirvana. I kind of agree so I wonder if Kurt was familiar with this album

It’s amazing how many of these great late 60s early 70s bands there are. I found this one after searching up war horse another great similar band.

The stereo mix of this record just sums up the best of early '70s studio sensibility. Pure golden honey.

I'm convinced Rickey Medlocke was possessed when he made this album. He won't own up to it today, because of jabs at Skynyrd and the People's plight, but this album IS THE greatest album I've ever listened to in my life, and I've been around!!

I have a lot to say about this record. I found it in my 'go to' record store when it came out. It was just sitting there week after week when I came in and I was drawn to the cover and intrigued enough to buy it after a couple of weeks. I have such incredible memories of listening to each track. I was seriously into Yes, ELP and King Crimson at the time, so this checked a lot of boxes for me. I'm now 68 and still circle back to this to share it with other prog fans. Every time I re-listen to it my favourite song changes because there are so many interesting and diverse tracks on it. It's an incredibly produced album and the players can obviously play. True talent. I don't know if they every played around the UK, but I would have loved to have heard them even though I am on the West Coast of Canada. Yes, the PFTR tentacles reached that far! I somehow stumbled upon the fun fact that John "Sean" Byrne was in San Francisco prior to this album (mid-late 60's) and was in the band Count Five, who had the hit Psychotic Reaction which I also own the 45 rpm version of. Apparently after that he headed back to the UK and assembled PFTR. Perhaps someone else on here can either corroborate or shoot down this part of the story. Anyways, I wish to thank each member of this band for making an incredible album. I think it stands the test of time and the fact I'm listening to in in December 2024 tells you all you need to know. I was just sharing the link with a couple of musical friends. Yes, PFTR lives on. 🤩
