Pictures was taken during A/C evaporator core replacement in 2008 Chrysler Pacifica. Someone can find these helpful.

There are a couple things missing like the three bolts under the hood plus the bolt to separate the coolant lines. All in all helped a lot! Shop told me it would be about 1,300 to replace it because it'll take 10 hours of Labor! Got it out and replaced in 2 hours then about 2-hours to reassemble everything so a little bit over 4 hours of my time. part costed me 150 and refrigerant was another 50. so I think my 4 hours was worth 1100 savings! it's a lot of work don't get me wrong but if you think you can do it just do it!

Thank you for posting this! I also have a Pacifica and it's nice to be able to see the underside of the dash without me removing it!

Hi, evaporator you can replace without any problems, but to re charge I would suggest to go to A/C shop. After I’ve replaced mine, I went to shop, they filed the system with nitrogen 150PSI, left overnight and checked the pressure, still 150PSI. Empted system, vacuum and charge with R-134a.
