CHUB FISHING RIVER BLACKWATER AND LEA

Chub fishing on the River Blackwater, Hampshire and the River Lea, Hertfordshire. In this video we're mainly using roaming methods to catch Chub. We use a range of lures and do a bit of rolling meat as we move around the river. We even spot a few Barbel which encourages us to come off the lures and onto the bait.

Thanks for checking it out mate. That’s not a lure clip. It’s where I removed the front set of trebles. I just don’t think chub or perch need two sets of trebles in their gob! 😂

Good video. I will start my own channel too. Now, after one year of constant fishing, i've got the confidence and the equipment for all types of fishing, from roach, carp to catfish, pike etc. I will do it as a part time activity, as i am an engineer geologist and i gain my life quite well, so no need for the small revenue that youtube offers.
