Judging from the clothes of the backing band, I'd guess sometime around 1978-1981. So the jumpsuit that Chubby's wearing wold be in line with Elvis & Mr. Diamond (today's his 72nd birthday, btw)... not DEFENDING his decision, mind you. Totally not. ;-)
