Wow! What a fantastic well-put together tribute to a gentle giant of a man and musician, Chuck Deardorf. So shocking to hear of his passing. I still don't know the details, but God didn't do us any favors taking him away so soon and, I presume, suddenly. Any time spent in Chuck's company was time well-spent. What a great guy. You couldn't help but feel that way. Chuck, life, music, play on. Bravo!

A sad and tragic loss on so many levels, Rick. Chuck had a kidney transplant 11 years ago that left him immunocompromised, which led to complications with COVID-19 that he just couldn't overcome. Without that additional vulnerability, he may very well have survived.
