Dude…thank you for this video! I was 5 when I had my birthday here…I was at the seat right in front of the Chuck e animatronic and all I remember is having that big fear of him lmao. I was just thinking to myself about memories and then remembered that fear because I watched a vid about fnaf. I managed to find the location on google and then found ur video showing off my childhood location. So thank you very much for letting me remember my childhood again! I’m still young (17) but a lot happens in 10 years so it’s a bit cloudy lol

the reason why the put pizza at the end, is because when concept unification started, they started to use "chuck e cheese pizza" to merg showbiz pizza and cec into one name. but it ended since the brand became cec entertainment and dropped showbiz pizza time inc.

Good news. From what I’m seeing these bots are currently being fixed so they will be able to perform nicely till early 2025 because that’s when they close. Luckily that means this store won’t get 2.0 ever so the animatronics still stay till the end of 2025! Probably be the longest living stage besides legacy stores!

Currently My Local Besides The New Santee Location. Sadly This Location Will Close by 2025 Because Grossmont Center, The Mall The CEC Is Located In, is Gonna Be Redeveloped into Condos and Houses. So The CEC Along With The Rest of The Mall Will Be Demolished. I Wanna Get My Hands On The Sign/Logo.

That grossmont center redesign thing has been planned since 2007 or earlier lol (the trolley station and apartments below grossmont center were the only pieces of land they developed successfully. Looking at this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/m6Gle4Kle8alpZIsi=1FdTEG4lw14iTfDi , they have pretty much successfully completed their plans on the lower part of grossmont, but the upper area and shopping center have stayed intact Maybe they will actually do it in 2025, but idk…..grossmont center has actually had more foot traffic in the past few years than they have for more than 15 years.
