I have a replica Lone Wolf truck. Wheels, lights, siren, Texas exempt front tag, “Mcquade” personalized plate, cb whip antenna (only one, two seems too much) even a gallon sized canteen :) Needless to say I’m a super fan 👍🏼

I own a 1985 Ramcharger W150 CUSTOM PROSPECTOR and can confirm that the grill is not a two year only option and mine also have the newer front bumper and not the one in the movie. It also has the Ram-Track Dana 44 front axle/ Dana 208 which wasn't supposed to be available until 1987.

5:10 he also used it when the dispatcher reached out to him about his daughter being in the hospital (him racing to the hospital), and the other was when he was racing back to get to Ramos and Dakota after he visits Falcone and Falcone tells him “the man you caught, Snow…I understand he won’t live through the night…adios muhahahah!” :)

This movie is so special to me an 80’s kids generation, i absolutely love that Dodge RamCharger and I am pretty stoked you’ve made a document about it , I’ve got the 67-72 Bumpside Bronco which not the same but close ! 4:48 Used only twice? If my hearing was correct he used it when he arrived at the crash site of his daughter, and when he was racing back to his house when heard that Dakota and Snow are about to get hit.

Great Video you are good, it’s not a royal se though because in the beginning if you look in his doors he’s got window cranks. I own a Ramcharger Royal Se and unfortunately they only came with the power windows. Other than that spot on and damn your good. Do you know if he had the 318 or 360?

I think you might be forgetting "Mad Max " I think he was the first to associate law enforcement with the car culture. As far as movies goes ,but in reality it all started with moonshiners and their supup cars and the law had to upgrade their vehicles.

I have a friend that is a Dodge Ramcharger and truck expert he has a junk yard full of both so I will go check that out and see who's right on it

I would love your insights. I've had one other contact and say he has a 1983 (which came off the line in 82) which has the white wheels. So my range is still okay so far with 81-82. But if you've got anything else, let me know!

Wasn't '81, the last year for the removable roof on RC's - that looks like a solid roof.

I will never forget 1st time I saw this. I was with my friends, Timmy, n joey and we watched on a huge wooden wrapped RCA with new tech Remote, so we could sit and do what we had to get up and do b4, and we rented a VCR that cane in a huge ugly brown plastic case and we picked, this, Bruce Lee and both blew my young mind. Especially the buried scene. Or Bruce fighting Kareem. What a gr8 time to be a kid and how gr8 all media was then. Not so much now. All remakes, redos changing characters to fit the new If urr not with __ urr wrong. Sorry but lil mermaid was always a lady with red hair and fair skin. That don't make it about race. Just how it was made.
