WTF is that clunking when your pedaling? Is that the pedal drive rocking in its cradle or the flippers hitting the hull? it would annoy the crap out of me.

ChuckTSeeker R/C Reviews Fishing + Much more.... haha awesome Chuck. Yeah ns a few weeks ago I was talking to dazz and you came up and I was saying man I haven’t headed or seen anything from that guy in years.. I wonder what he has been up to.. well now I know haha! Cool man, yeah Nz has been sweet I’ve been here on off for the last few years doing some study and stuff but heading back end of this year, as the family is still there but this COVID situation has stopped the holidays back home. But that’s 2020 for you. Looking forward to get back though and get into the south oz fishing again. Doesn’t compare to Nz in some ways but makes up for it in diversity

Hi Chuck! When you’ll put on some more airplane video?

I have the the same kayak well is a Vanhunks Mai Mai same exact hull and probably fins I'm having problems with my drive popping out have you had any problems with that? Maybe if I could find a new blank box for it again
@zapking19183 жыл бұрын
you can just pull out the drive by its self not with that black box mount bit
@fishingforfun29263 жыл бұрын
yes you can man iv got one of the exact same kayak and you can leave the black box in it has 4 tabs that lock in the black box the drive clips in independent with two easy to release latches thats normally how i do it, leave the box in and just put the drive in and out

Hi I may have missed something here... but are you not doing any more RC videos I really looked forward to them ( UK subscriber)

I saw you lifted up the pedal drive when approaching the shore. Are they not retractable? How does it compare to Hobie drive?
@milkshakemuncher Жыл бұрын
No, they're not retractable like the hobie blades when they bump things in the water. The pedal system can be unclipped and lifted out though. From watching other videos, the pedal system is identical to the first Hobie mirage systems, including internal parts when pulled apart. Hobie let their patent expire, which other companies were quick to pounce on getting the design and making it themselves. Now Hobie have come up with and patented the retractable blades and also their 360° drive.

Hey Chuck, do the trolley wheels come as standard equipment with the Nextgen-11?

Hey mate I just brought a Next Gen 11 and just wondering how you lock the peddle system in ? I can't figure out how to lock it in ?? Any help would be appreciated Cheers Travis
@ChuckTSeeker4 жыл бұрын
You have to press it down into the black plastic holder and then push it forward into the L bit! It took me a bit to get it in but if you look first to see how it has to go and then try to pull it into place. I did one side at a time into the L bit! Then you just need to undo the 4 clips to put it in and out each time
@travisrooth63504 жыл бұрын
Awesome cheers Chuck, I'll give it another go today, looking forward to getting on the water :)
@travisrooth63504 жыл бұрын
Hey Chuck it just don't seem like it is going low enough to get into the L bit, should I just push harder, I'm pushing pretty bloody hard lol
@ChuckTSeeker4 жыл бұрын
@@travisrooth6350 yes it took me a couple of go's, mine was a tight fit to. I pushed it down first and as I said before then pulled it into the L. Try holding the top and bottom of the unit on one side and pull it into place. It's why I asked on the kayaks2fish page on Facebook if people leave it in the plastic part. Which most said they do.
@travisrooth63504 жыл бұрын

5' 11" and you won't have any problems! The pedals are adjustable as is the seat! I have my seat 3" from the front and it can go back another 5" so plenty of adjustment there..
