Blanket apologies like this are casual when it comes to narcissists. Never a specific apology, and we'll never know EVERYTHING he did to Tiffany, which, based on how he acts toward her wasn't very pleasant anyway. What you see as a shred of humanity, is sadly just another moment of Chucky buttering her up, considering she just vented about not getting wifed, despite everything she's done (including murder, giving up her mortal body). I think she knew deep down he never would do it, but she fell pretty hard. Its like Joker telling Harley sorry for "everything", but what "everything" can you REALLY put a finger on here?🔪😂

I think I'm one of the few hardcore Chucky fans who actually likes Seed of Chucky. It's not perfect at all, and I can see why it killed their theatrical momentum, but overall it's still one of my favorites in the series. Probably my 3rd favorite film in the series overall.

I think curse captures the feel of cp1 reasonably well though. In both filma you don't see Chucky move until later in the film, both films build up to it and involve Chucky trying to possess a kid, and both films have a mutilated Chucky at the end of the film.

Listen, Tiffany obviously loves him and at first I thought Chucky was just using her to get his way but you can see that he does genuinely care cuz he apologizes to her for “everything” and hes also able to hold a genuine conversation with her that he enjoys like someone he can rely on yk? Not use but rely. There’s also the fact that he promised to stop killing for her simply cuz she asked him and that alone was so much. Ofcs he didn’t stop he’s a serial killer who’s living in the body of a doll that’s been known to be feared so it makes sense but him just trying a little and making that promise shows he cares.
