Unfortunately except for some radiation affecting the people of Longyaerbyen and the odd ship 🚢, probably nobody was killed in Chucky's ultimate strike. He basically just killed a bunch of polar bears!!!

If he nuked the north pole. It would cause magnetic disturbances and serious snow and winter storms along with magnetic radiation issues for years to come. As well as earthquake and weird weather...and rain and slush. Red. If the radiation was not taken into consideration while making the nuke.

Pennywise is not a classic horror movie slasher. He's only recently been lumped in there with the big ones because of the popularity the recent movies had but even now that's fading away. Pennywise is a cool horror monster on his own, I'm not trying to discredit him, but he does not have the same legacy and longheld iconic status as the others you mentioned.

You know, at least for the children, this is arguably worse. In a nuclear apocalypse, they have bigger concerns. In a normal world, word gets out about Santa's home getting cratered. Most people would only be bothered because it was a wild act by the government but children would zero in on Santa.
