The doomsday apparatus is a huge pain to get back to the ship. Basically a third or your day where you can't do much at all.

Andy Warhol but it *is* worth 3000 pokos, which you normally dont get a third of a day up ground. But i guess it is pretty painful. I never tried this, but i think you can super spicy spray them too to make it a bit faster

The Wistful Wild is two areas integrated from Pikmin 1. Where you land is where the Final Boss used to be. The northern part was The Final Trial and the southern part was The Impact Site. You come to a full circle when you finish Pikmin 2. In Pikmin 3, they don’t recycle any original area.

Though we really shouldn't question game logic because games don't really need logic, I'll give you a theory anyway. He was half-scared to death that he'd die on an unknown planet and was extremely focused on gathering his ship parts. That and he discovered a new species and was quite busy studying them. This is pretty much from the top of my head.

In the original pikmin, you don't collect stuff for money. You crash land on the planet and have to get your ship parts back, and thus involves no earthly items. Which leads to me asking where he got the bottlecap.

Well, considering the fact that you see the five pikmin next to their respective onions, and the pikmin go back into their onion at the end of the day, that means that there would have been at least a few day cycles, and then enough to kill those pikmin. So that means that there would have been more pikmin in the onion if they were still alive.

Aw, Chugga, I got Pikmin (1) today. I've been playing well until my third day in the Distant Spring. I was breaking down a gate with my blue Pikmin when a Swooping Snitchbug appeared. I sought to kill it but forgot about the Yellow Wollywog there. While I was distracted, it killed my stray Pikmin. I actually did fight it and kill it but by then I had only 17 blues. I lost 50 Pikmin to one Wollywog! I HATE WOLLYWOOOOOOGS!!!

Chuggaa said early on that different areas (NA, Europe, and Japan) all either got different items or different companies on the items that are advertisements in order so that the people in that region know what the references are to.
