Un consejito; cuando estés friendo carne de cerdo coge un limón pícalo en rodajas y lo echas en el caldero donde freirás, de esa manera el aceite no brinca. Btw soy super fan de tus videos🙌🏻💖

Holaaaaa muy ricas yo la meto en el horno tapadas con aluminio y luego pal horno así quedan más tiernas esa idea de hervirlas es muy buena,y freírlas afuera mejor todavía,yo le voy a llevar a mi hermano a N.Y. las llevo conjeladas y las hago al horno pues él vive en un apart,te quedaron de Show me quito el sombrero 👍👍

I would actually put a little sofrito in that marinade... And I also leave my meats to marinade for at least a day... New Subscriber, It's 3:50 A.M scrolling thru KZbin and found your channel. Once I read Chuleta Kan Kan I got so excited. I order this in Raices in Old San Juan when I go to Puerto Rico. Me gusto tu receta. T quiero compartir q se llaman "can can" porq ese corte d carne al hacerle los cortesitos en el cuero y freirlos se asemejan a las enaguas d volantes, cintas y puntillas a las q le llaman "can can" . Esta enagua se usa para levantar y dar volumen a las faldas fruncidas.
