MNH is one of the few exemplary agencies around these days. Obviously they are putting everything they can into boosting Chung Ha, and are being richly rewarded for it. They don't neglect BVNDIT either, and have done right by those girls as well. If I were an aspiring idol, I'd be looking at companies like MNH or Happyface - companies that aren't as big but are treating their artists really, REALLY well.
