Fantastic job, as always! Girl, I know your pain with the heat, I'm in TX & it's blazin' hot down here. Not having the A/C on is never an option. We just had our A/C fixed. Turns out it was never working properly before. We can actually get cold now. This over black would look awesome.

you can get most of the fingerpaint colors from $5 below stores. I was just in my local store and they had them for 3 for $5. I live in upstate ny.

When I saw the picture I thought you had taken the colors and and made nail polish strips like you did with your blue gradient (which is brilliant by the way, I have a test swatch of one in wine and pink to try soon). It might be fun to make stickers of each color, cut and do placement for that jagged edge look. And then I don't have to worry about painting a straight line either! Great idea though, you have the most inventive ideas! Rose

Oh it's hard to pick! When I saw the thumbnail for the black I thought oh I like the white better. But it grew on me by the end. Maybe I like the white, but waterfall from the tip? I love love these fingerpaints colors! And happy birthday!!

you know what would look cute.. to continue those lines of color down the nail in a pastel version of each (so you have bright rainbow then pastel rainbow towards tips). I think that would look awesome. I'm gonna try it lol

Hi Colette! I just love your channel! You make me feel like I can do it too! Quick question please. I know you use the peel off base coat most of the time. In your experience is that better for your nails than acetone?. I'm getting back into my nails after 35 years and I used to be the only one who played with nail colors the way I did. I really want to do what is best for my nails. Your opinions please? And of course thank you!

I don't know that it's necessarily better, and it doesn't eliminate the need for polish remover completely, but it does really cut it down and I think that's better for your nails. The downside of course is that it is definitely not a long wearing mani, so if you want more than 3-4 days I wouldn't recommend it.

I think I would like this better if the white were indeed black- however, with that being said, I would still want the finger paints to be as bright as they are over the white- so that might be a little challenging, maybe?? I don't know. Also, I really like the way you "painted" with Finger Paints. Excellent!!

No problem. I love Seche Vite. I never used to paint my nails that much till I found it. I would use glitter mixes or colored acrylic. Now I can paint my nail if I want to 30 min before bed and no worries.
