I came across your channel a couple weeks ago. I'm SO GLAD I did! I absolutely LOVE this design! I went out and got the paints and some brushes and other supplies (koff koff LOTS of nail polish). I think I have a nail polish shopping problem 😳! I'm brand new to doing nail art (when I get the guts, this will be my second attempt). I am addicted!

yes!!!!! welll congratulations, welcome and do NOT beat yourself up if you dont get this technique right away. find my playlist "no water marble' on my front youtube page and there are 40 designs that help you learn....this design is extremely hard to film correctly. others can make it fancy etc, but the truth is...you need to move to get the swirl you want...so, i need you to really know you CAN and will learn awesome nail art if you dont give up :D keep watchin and ill keep trying to teach you what i know so i can teach full time :D

robin, i was just watching water marbling tutorials. WOW, how messy & so wastful with the nail polishes., really!? your technique is clearly easier, faster much cleaner & you have better control of how the design turns out. great job!👍 also thanks for helping me & my son with ordering more brushes. without the help of my son, I would so be in the dark. now I will have two sets of "unicorns" & "wands" for acrylic paints & two sets for nail polishes. seriously thank you😄 as for cleaning my brushes, I don't anymore. I do exactly like you. and your right. cleaning them before use rather then after use keeps the bristles ready to go. they remain nice & pointed, bristles all together, genius. i tell everyone about them, and and haven't used any other brushes since my first order. hope all is well , hope this week is sunnier, happier & just better then last week. many hugs, shaunna

I love how you use a striping brush to drag the polish. I was told to use a needle and I can't use a needle. I always end up using too much pressure and the end result is my nail showing through. I know that brush will be perfect for dragging the polish! Thank you!

Your work is great! I'm so excited to try this. I'm guessing this is regular polish. Wonder if it can be done with gel polish or builder gel. If not I'll do regular polish and gel top coat.

it is regular, but you can use gel or whatever you like. its just about finding joy and working with it :D my love to you and good luck!!!
