Thanks for being so open I like how you showed the reality of your twist out didn't meet your expectations no one really speaks on the struggles sometimes of natural hair and this is so relatable.

Thank you for this! You made me remember that I did get good results when I banded my hair for a little bit once it was dry. A method I have totally forgotten about! AND you made me remember I have that expensive blow dryer that you have that I could be using to help dry my hair when it is still a little damp! Your hair turned out cute! I like chunky twists on me better since the smaller ones make my hair look a lot thinner.

I have a bunch of shorter hairs all over my head because my hair is VERY dense. When I go to put in box braids or roller sets, there are always a bunch of little hairs that I miss and get snagged on things. Now, I have to really do my hgair and leave the box braids or alone.

Yes, I love doing twist outs! It’s my go-to protective style when I’m not wearing braids in my hair. Great video and FYI, I used to say that about beauty influencers all the time: oh my gosh, they make it look so perfect, but I know there’s editing involved. 😊 really loved your chunky twist out though.
