It’s boys and girls! Girls are kept in a group of girls and boys are with boys but it’s not strict during meals and worship.

Praying every day for the rest of your life seems excessive. I’ve got stuff to do. God seems needy.

The wonderful thing is, God doesn’t “need” anything from us. He hopes for us to realize how full and peaceful our lives can be if we choose to trust Him. I, as well as other believers, choose to need HIM. (Not the other way around) I know that I need Him because through personal experience and answered prayers, I’ve realized that only He can know how to satisfy our hearts because He created them. Even if you never turn to Him, or decide to block Him out the rest of your life, just know that He will never turn from you. He is always there with open arms if you ever realize that maybe you do need Him. I choose out of my free will to pray everyday, because I see the Lord as my friend. And the way I talk to my friend is through prayer. Keeping in contact with friends and family everyday doesn’t seem “excessive” to me, and it’s not different with God. He wants a relationship with us, not a dictatorship. God does not hold grudges against those who hold them against him. He is love, and love is through Him. I do not condemn you or look down upon you because how could I? I am just as sinful and broken as anyone, we all are. But as he is my Heavenly Father, so he is yours. He loves you and wants what’s best for you. “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord; plans to prosper, not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future” Jeremiah 29:11
