@Ryan Angelo...I left the church and religion behind for a number of reasons, hypocrisy is just one of them. Please do not attempt to persuade me "back into the fold." You are entitled to your beliefs, and that's fine for you. I'm entitled to my beliefs and I don't need nor appreciate you trying to "educate" me about Jesus, sin, the afterlife, etc. I had all that pounded into my brain as a child, teenager and young adult. After a number of negative and hurtful life experiences that made me lose faith in the "almighty and benevolent powers of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit," I decided I could no longer depend on "faith, religion, and deities." Here's what I've learned over my many years on this planet. I'm not religious and I treat other people FAR BETTER than those folks (who are religious, zealous, devout etc.) do. I simply practice the golden rule by being tolerant, accepting, non-judgmental, kind and compassionate. I don't need religion to do these things.
