Yes, there were a couple of flocks hanging around a field that have recently been harvested. Haven't seen so many this year, though. It feel ages since I watched a DG vlog, after I have written this I best check I haven't missed any. Fabulous dramatic conditions and I bet you was the only one on the Island out with a camera..lol. Cracking images and the very last one you showed was my fave, top notch. Warious about the water surrounded bridge you showed , were was that? Btw, the only time I visited the Church at the sea location that was the spot I took my images from, I have to say they were not a patch on what you have just shown, I must return :) Atb Al
@DGriffGallery4 жыл бұрын
You make sure you let me know if you ever decide to have another stab at that location! It's about time we got out together with the cameras. The bridge is just up the road on the estuary at the village of Aberffraw. On a high spring tide it's completely surrounded and inaccessible, unfortunately there isn't an angle that can show it being isolated. I've been luckier in the past with better light, but I just grabbed it as I was passing and thought I would chuck it in to show how high the tide was 😊👍

@DGriffGallery4 жыл бұрын
Hi Paula, you could use the tripod to try and steady things, but you'd have to hang onto it. Five days later it's still blowing a gale here. Completely relentless! As for YouTogs, I heard on the grapevine that Joe got fed up with it and just decided to switch it off. Didn't bother telling anybody, but to be honest I think that was pretty symptomatic of how things had run on past its sell by date. Bit too much politics for my liking, which is why I moved on a while ago. 😊👍
