The Protestant-Lutheran village church of St. Nicholas is located in Zürchau in the community of Nobitz in the district of Altenburger Land in Thuringia.
The village church is impressive not only for its architecture, but also for the successful interplay of art from several centuries inside the church. The organ is one of a large collection of church instruments in the region that were made by members of the wellknown Poppe family of organ builders from Stadtroda.
