Church Pressure Washing

Today we are cleaning a church's front entrance. We were also tasked to cleaned the steeple but the wind was just too strong therefore we had to postpone that part. In the meantime we cleaned the sidewalks closest to the building, the front entrance and the walls that had algae on them. We will return soon to clean the steeple so you guys stay tuned for that video.

Nah If I'm sealing them I don't post treat cause once the sh dries it turns to salt before it washes off. So it wouldn't be ideal to put sealer on top of it.

An 80-100 foot boom lift would've worked better in my opinion, I know you probably didn't have control over that part but it would've put you up close and personal with it and you could've fan tipped the steeple. That mini mondo is making butta out there!

What do u recommend when cleaning concrete that is sealed red or concrete has red pigment.

Clean as usual but be careful for old paint that may already be chipping. If it's sealed or painted I'd just soft wash it majority of the time to protect the surface.

I always have problems with the surface cleaner pushing water under the door into the buildings. Do you have issues with that and how do you prevent it? Especially when you shoot SH on the exterior.

Yes that happens if the building has bad seals. That is nothing that has yo be addressed in your terms and conditions even when washing houses. You would never know if someone has a bad door seal or bad window seal.
