Lord, have mercy. Laughter work like medicine. The usher is the first person you see when entering a church, many are in a position where God has not called them. Some ushers attitude is so ungodly. They won't greet you, lead you to a seat or smile. I'm from old school church, if the usher seen you talking they would hush you in a minute, you could be sitting there chewing gum all the sudden you would see the usher hand with those white gloves come out of nowhere. I visited a church that would have great anointed service, I sat behind some ladies in their 50's, they started gossiping & a usher joined them. I politely go up and went across the room. Ushering is a ministry, It's to be taken serious, if you're doing it for any other reason than to please God, being a helper to your Pastor and a servant to others than you're wasting your time.

And this is how it used to be in the church!! Discipline & order!! And respect of your elders or any grown up!! Cause if you didn’t, there were severe consequence!!! Big mama and papa would hang you out to dry!!! And after they got done with you mama and daddy would put your behind right back out there!!! They all played NO games.!! And don’t let me forget our pastor would get you in the back of the church or the church kitchen and he whipped that but 2. If he saw you acting out!! Yes sir stern times, but good times.
