In the south, some worshippers were training to use deadly force against church shooters. Then Sutherland Springs happened.

The quality of the report is good, but it is to bios. Imagine the President, a Bank, a precious art Museum… with no guns! They will not last a day. That’s why there are all protected with guns. A gun free place is an invitation to bad people. Yes, we have to advocate for more preparation and training of guards. That is productive; bud a place with no guns is a place of victims and easy targets. No matter what you say or what is your opinion, this is an absolute and self-evident Truth. That’s why the President or the Banks will never be without guns.

I don't think the video was arguing the case of people desiring to use something to protect themselves in the case of a situation. However, I think the bigger case here was, "why aren't the people who use guns put under a level of scrutiny to ensure that they are definitely qualified to use a gun in both mind and ability"? I wouldn't say it's biased too heavily skewed towards anti-gun laws, since most of this video was framed with explaining it from the point of why people should have guns. Safety is important, but there's something to be said when there are too many cooks in the kitchen... Oh boy imagine a shootout of 4 or 5 open carry who think they can instantly take out one guy when the dude comes in, already ready to die, aims to take out as many people, regardless of if people there have guns or not... Like, I don't mind the idea of people carrying guns, what I care more is that the people who carry guns aren't the sort of idiot who'd discharge it in an open crowd or is at least someone with some sort of professional training, and I mean, state certified, national certified, that I know they aren't suffering from clinical depression, and that they have at least taken some exam on reading a situation... Like, if there was one thing I can take with the Philippines, bro, they have dude's with guns everywhere, why have there never been any crazy mass shootings except out on the slums due to the inane drug war (ugh, like, I get why they like duterte, but bro, just cause the dude is transparent with his thoughts don't make him the best of dude's to try to lead your country through a border dispute with China) But yeah, excuse my ramble about the Philippines, but yo, it's because there's law enforcement armed to a T, trained military-esque officials with 12-gauges... Not because of random people wearing Uniqlo tshirts with monkey d luffy carrying that Glock on their belt line while they wear their chenelas (flip flops) tryna stop mall robbers... The Philippines is a worse country than the US, no doubt about it, however, if even THEY can go through times where you don't hear about any world-bending gun situations, besides the one at that casino, which, blame it on security that that situation happened that they had easily frightened guards at a world resort... Civilians unaware of what the hell the situation they were in were not going to help things out. This comment is long because I got distracted by the Knicks vs pelicans game... Ugh...

I just don't understand why so people are against banning guns... I live in a country where I don't have to assume that everyone could possibly carry a gun and I never heard of a shooting in this country on tv, but I did hear of many many shootings in the us. Maybe some pro gun people want to think about that...

Why not just hire off duty police officers that are trained to do this job??? a crap ton of churches have been doing this for decades money shouldn't be an issue heck I've heard of off duty police officers volunteer for this work.

Most of them that come to our facility in Forest are law enforcement and vets that select their team members from what ever church they come from. This training is to certify people to put the law on their side. The Outline just happen to forget to mention that.
