The NA 75 conversion was mainly used in Italy where the higher HE capacity of the '75 shell was considered more useful than the 6 pdr anti-tank round. Later models were fitted with the 'Ordnance QF 75 mm' as standard. This was essentially a converted 6 pounder! Some Churchills retained the 6 pdr for anti-tank work, about one per troop.
