I grew up in a cult like church that put appearing godly over being godly and sometimes it's hard to even open my Bible because of everything that happened while I was growing up. But Judah is the one pastor I feel I can listen to and actually hear God speak and move. Thanks Judah for helping me slowly come back and learn who God really is! It's been two years since I left my old church and it's getting easier but prayers would be appreciated as I have younger siblings still being forced to go there. Thanks y'all

::First of all Wow, thank you Jesus. Man it haunted me for years why God would as Abraham to sacrifice Isaac but didnt now I didn't even know and ( have no clue how I missed it) that Jesus died on the same mountain that Abraham took Isaac on. Then that verse that Jesus said " I desire mercy not sacrifice popped into my head! Matt 9:13 Quoting Hosea 6:6. This is the first time in my life in the last two years I have really be studying the Bible, right now I am reading through the whole thing. I have to say Church on Sunday isn't enough people. READ YOUR BIBLE IT IS AMAZING WHAT WILL COME OUT TO YOU THROUGH GOD AND THE PEOPLE HE WILL POINT YOU TOO! IT IS REALLY FRACKING AMAZING. MR. SMITH THANK YOU FOR YOUR OBEDIENCE! GOD FINALLY SHOWED ME SOMETHING I WAS LOST ON FOR YEARS AND I MEAN YEARS I WOULD JUST LAY IN BED AND JUST BROOD OVER WHY GOD WOULD GIVE ABRAHAM AND SON AND THEN TEST HIM LIKE THAT. HALLELUAH PRAISE GOD JESUS THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT. AWESOME SO AWESOME. I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF HIS WORD AND THIS BREAD FROM HEAVEN. PEOPLE READ YOUR BIBLE READ YOUR BIBLE YOU WON'T REGET IT!!!!!! EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE IT READ YOUR BIBLE!!!!! BECAUSE YOU WILL HEAR THE VOICE OF GOD THROUGH MEN LIKE THIS AND IT WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND YOUR LIFE YOUR PERSPECTIVE THE WHOLE THING!!!

The way Judah is able to reform a story to deconstruct the deeper meaning has helped me tremendously in fully understanding stories I have heard over and over again.

Ha the irony is I couldn't afford to go to the leadership conference at the Potters House where I membership and I noticed this guy named Judah Smith was gonna be there. Anyway I looked him up this was the sermon I was led too. God blessed it. God is good like that. I'll be praying for the conference to go well for everyone speaking and receiving this 2021! God bless Ya'll from Texas and I am so happy to see what is happening is the kingdom it is really amazing to me. I am so blessed to be alive in such a time as to watch the HOLY SPIRIT and God like this. It is truly good daily food!

Okay so this is like THE COOLEST message I've EVER heard!!! I literally got goose bumps when pastor mentioned that Jesus was offered on the same place where Abraham was about to sacrifice his only son. I hear over and over again that everything in the Bible points to Jesus and after more than 40 years of questioning the story of Abraham nearly killing his own son at God's request I am FINALLY seeing His plan is PERFECT. Thank you Jesus!!!

Abraham’s faith was tested time after time. God will test us to prove our faith. Abraham sacrificing his son, was probably the hardest thing he had to do. But he went through with it, and God stopped him and blessed him. He trusted that God was the one to drive his life.

So far this series has come at such a perfect time in my life as I grow closer to God and continue to allow him to take control of all the little things in my life, so I can eventually put my trust in him completely. It's been a long process but thank God he has been so patient with me and loves me so much, and also thanks to Pastor Judah for continually bringing the word of God to our lives. I'm excited for what the future holds as long as I'm walking with God.

For so many years, I've read or heard ministers preach Hebrews 11 and most of the time, a feeling of dread would come over me because I didn't feel like I measured up to those listed in the "Hall of Fame of Faith". Your explanation of this chapter opened my understanding of what this chapter is about; encouragement for those who are discouraged and feel like going back to old ways. Thanks for allowing Holy Spirit to use you to be a blessing to so many.
