Great job! Quick question though, why do you clip the factory heel nails instead of pull them? Is them building up not an issue?

I clip them so they are easier to remove from inside the shoe 👊🏼

Do you provide complimentary polishing, to go with the lovely restore work?

Yes brother, depending on what package the customer takes but I usually give them a basic polish and shine along with the Resole.

When you put your cork in by hand instead of a spatula of a heat gun also, is it to keep from compressing it to get a softer front sole feel in on the ball of your foot?

Doing it by hand allows me to really compress it into the shape of the shoe for a better fit. I've always done it this way
