Churro Inspired Cupcakes | Meagan Makes Cupcakes

It's that time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! What better way to do so than with Churro cupcakes! I had so much fun making this one of a kind dessert with my beautiful friend Amri! I hope you will enjoy them as much as we did!
The cupcakes are topped with a cinnamon sugar mixture and a cinnamon sugar frosting is piped on top. Yum!
