Excellent play! I am just about to start mythic raiding as disc, changing from hpally. This helped me a lot getting used to skill timings. I noticed that you used alot of shadow mends. Doesnt it make u go oom really fast? Or are you constantly getting innervated?

With the recent mana cost increase to power word shield and the new depth of shadows trait (Increased smend heal with a 2 sec atonement duration increase) it bumps up shadow mend on the priority list, but yes you are right IF you can afford it. Here I have 2 innervates and am also using 2 mana trinkets, the 415 alch stone and a 385 fangs so I have quite a bit of mana at my disposal, but you can see at the end I go pretty OOM even with all the extra sources of mana. @@Churboomp as hpriest that was so helpful.... so your main cast to apply atonement is Radiance and Shadow mend ?

​@@saifsword3847 - yes radiance is going to be your most efficient way to apply atonements, as you get 5 atonements for 1 global. Shadow mend is particularly good on Grong because it will rarely overheal with all the damage going out, plus the Depth of Shadows azerite trait which adds an additional 2 seconds to your atonement when casting Shadow Mend is insanely strong as you can almost guarantee those additional 2 seconds will always be put to use, again because the damage on grong is pretty high.

what stats and trinkets do you have? I kinda do the same but I am bottom of the healin meters :/

its hard to say this was one of the world first kills so I was only like ~390ilvl or something at the time my stats were very different than they are now. With that said disc stats are highly flexible 99% of the time you just take highest item level. Trinkets for this kill was the Alchemist stone + Fangs I used 2 mana trinkets during early progression
