For all her thing about not revealing her age (well i don't know but it's the number one result on google if you type Lauren Mayberry, the first choice is Age and she said in an interview it's weird that people care to know), Download on Glasgow Green was June 2004 and she was "14 or something" so there we go, she's 23. Or something. (Well that is unless she was lying about having been 14. Or something)

we live in a sexually repressed society, if we didnt we didn't our musicians wouldnt need to be attractive to be popular, you try to control it people will watch hot singers and hot tv anchors etc... Once we liberate ourselves we can have popular music being good music, because the quality of the music would be the reason to listen to it and not the hot singer
