for Angular project my Build is taking long time, for optimization i used CACHE.. i am using Hosted Pipeline wil this possible ie Cache ,or only in Self hosted agent we can use this Cache to optimize the Build time.?

I think we can cache in hosted Pipeline unless the build agents are created on demand using vm scale set etc.

@@JSFrameworks i tried to implement and optimization is also done like BUild time is reduced to 50 per... but Deployment is not coming to live, like the changes done by developers are not reflection on live... thats the problm i am facing. why its not reflecting in live can you tell me if u have any idea

Npm install is failing with error: couldn’t find a debug log in the cache (return code 254) what to do?

Try deleting package lock file and running npm install
