இலங்கை இனமக்களின் பிரச்சினை ----------------------------------------------------------- இலங்கையை பூர்வீகமாகக் கொண்ட தமிழர் ,சிங்களவர் இனங்களின் பிரச்சினை அல்லது முரண்பாடு என்பது மிகவும் சிக்கலானது. பலபெயர்களால் அழைக்கப்பட்டு, இன்று சிறிலங்கா என அடையாளம் கொண்டுள்ள இத் தீவானது எவருக்கு முதல் உரிமை? அல்லது உரித்து? என்பதை ஆராயாமல் ,உலக பரப்பில் நிகழும் அரசியல் மாற்றங்களையும், அதனால் எம்நாடு சந்தித்த,சந்திக்கும்,சந்திக்கப் போகும் தாக்கத்தையும்,மாற்றங்களையும் ,வரலாற்றுப் படிப்பினையாக புரிந்து கொள்வதுடன் மட்டுமின்றி,நவீன எண்ணங்களுடன் ஆராய்ந்து மீள் ஆய்வு செய்தல் மட்டுமின்றி, அதன் வழி தேசியம் எனும் தத்துவத்திற்கு இருமொழி மக்களையும் ஒருவழி நேர்ப் பாதையில் நடத்தும், தலைமைத்துவம் சிங்கள,தமிழ் மக்களிடத்தும் தோன்றினால் தான் அமைதி நிறைந்த தீவாக மாறும் என்பதில் இருகருத்திருக்க முடியாது . இலங்கைத் தீவின் தோற்றம் ,இனப்பிரச்சினை கருக்கொண்ட விதம்,மன்னர் ஆட்சி,இந்தியாவின் ஊடுருவல்,ஐரோப்பியரின் காலனித்துவ ஆட்சி ,சுதந்திரத்திற்குப் பின்னர் இற்றைவரை நிகழும் நிகழ்வுகள் யாவும் தெள்ளத்தெளிவாக இரு இனத்தவர்களிற்கும் தெரிந்தும் கூட,சிங்களவர்களின் தலைவர்கள் காலத்திற்கு காலம் ,தங்கள் இருப்பை தக்க வைப்பதற்காக ஒற்றுமை,சுயநிர்ணய உரிமை,சமஸ்டிமுறைமை என்றவாறு பேசுவதும்,தம்பதீப கோட்பாடு எனும் மாகசங்கத்தினரின் ஆசைகள்,அபிலாசைகளை முன் நிறுத்தியவர்களாக மாறுவதும் இனப்பிரச்சினையைத் தூண்டி மக்களை மோதவிட்டு,குளிர் காய்தலும் அந் நாட்டின் சாபக் கோடாகி விட்டது. இதற்கு எதிராக தமிழ்த் தலைவர்கள் குரல் எழுப்பினாலும்,ஒட்டு மொத்த தலைவர்களும் அன்றிலிருந்து இன்று வரைஓர் கோட்டில் நின்றார்களா? என்ற கேள்விக்கு இல்லை, எனும் கசப்பான உண்மையே விடையாகவுள்ளது. அன்பான எமது தீவின் பூர்விக உரிமை மிகு மக்களே! அதிபர் தேர்தல்(2024) நெருங்கி வரும் இன்றைய சூழ்நிலையில் ,முன்னர் போன்றே ஒன்றாய் வாழ்வோம்,அது செய்வோம்,இது செய்வோம் எனத்தேடி வருவார்கள்,கண்துடைப்பிற்காக கைதிவிடுதலை,காணி விடுதலை,இன்னோரன்ன... என்று படம் காட்டுவார்கள்,திரைமறைவில் பேரம் பேசுவார்கள். சாதாரன மாவட்டசபை ஆட்சி முறை தராத பட்சத்தில், தனிநாட்டுக் கோரிக்கைக்கு தள்ளியவர்கள் அவர்கள் தான். உரிமைக்காக சத்திய நெறிப் போரில் ஆகுதியானவர்களினதும்,வேள்வித் தீயில் மாண்ட எம் மக்களின் புனித மண்ணில் வாழும் உறவுகளே! மேற்கூறியதற்கொப்பாக அசைக்கமுடியாவெண்னான" இப்படை தோற்கின் எப்படை வெல்லும்" எனும் கோஷத்துடன் 1977பொதுத் தேர்தலில் தமிழரின் வழி எதுவென துல்லியமாக கூறிவிட்டோம். மீண்டும் எழுங்கள்! ஒற்றுமையே பலம் என எழுங்கள்!,கருத்தை கருத்தால் எடுத்தியம்புங்கள்,கட்சிகள் என பலவகையான பிளவு பட்டிருக்கும் எம்மினிய நேசமிகு தலைமைகளே! ஒருதளத்தில் நின்று இத் தேர்தல் களத்தை சந்திக்க வேண்டிய காலம் கனிந்துள்ளது, அக் கனியை அழுகிய கனியாக்கிட காலத்தை விரயமாக்கிடாதீர். தரணிதனிலே ஜனநாயகத்தை போதிப்பவர்களிற்கு ,இன்றைய உலகப் போகிற்கு இவ் அதிபர் தேர்தல் எத்துனை பங்கேற்கப் போகின்றது, என்பதை நீங்கள் நன்றாக அறிவீர்கள்,அவ்வடிப்படையில் ஓர் நேர் கோட்டுப் பாதையில் நீங்களும்,அதனூடாக எம்மக்களையும் அவர்தம் வாக்குகளையும் ,சிதறவிடாமல் அரசியல் சாணக்கிய,தூரநோக்குப் பார்வையுடன் செயல்ப்படுவதே எம்மிடம்உள்ள மிகப்பெரிய பலமிக்க அறிவாயுதமாகும்.
