Even the way he pronounces so many words as if READING them for the first time, and with cadence like he isn't thinking of these things on the fly adds to the almost conscious display of how these people see everyone else in society. And why do all the various personalities and eccentricities therein of people that are commonly interviewed on this type of podcast always have their own distinct persona until it comes to interviews with people from ABC agency's? Talk about a contrast to the totally bizarre extremes humanity can exhibit, these agency guys just always have - like an almost lab-grown, prepackaged and diluted affect, that is impossible not to see! If you believe the Vietnam War was always polarizing in the US, then you didn't finish college. Or at least you didn't use your time in college to become a become a well educated citizen. Public opinion polls on the Vietnam War we're 60% in favor and 24% against in August 1965, a year after the Gulf of Tonkin incident that initiated the US's direct involvement in Vietnam. It wasn't until February 1968 that public opinion had shifted to 46% against and 42% in favor. This was 3 1/2 years into the war for Americans. Today, we view public opinion about the Vietnam War through the lens of post-war America, which aligns to wartime public opinion by 1970. This was over 5 years into the war, when public opinion was 60% against and 29% in favor. If you want to actually learn from the past, however, you need to build a more complete understanding of what actually happened at the time.

If you listen to everything he says, you can understand what he wants you to know. The truth is in what he doesn't mention that paints a very different picture of what will happen and what you should prepare for, as well as what the real threat is. The easiest way is to take a look at the latest meetings of the World Economic Forum. Also check out how the WEF is currently practicing a simulation, similar to Event 201 which concerned a pandemic that then became a reality after the simulation. This time a global cyber attack is simulated in collaboration with Cyber Polygon. Check this out! There is also a new film coming out on April 26th. It's called Civil War. Coincidence? It's astounding to me that people eat this up, but I suppose I probably would too if I hadn't been exposed to information and narratives that challenge the American Empire's propaganda machine. He starts with an absurdity. "Look at Vietnam" as an example of an attack that unified Americans? WTF?! Is he trying to rewrite the history of the Vietnam War? We were the aggressors. Vietnam never attacked or invaded us, unless you count the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which is an example of the government blatantly lying to justify an unjust war: this isn't even controversial among historians. We killed hundreds of thousands so civilians and committed horrendous war crimes. On top of that, it motivated the biggest and most persistent antiwar movement in American history, so it definitely didn't unify the country.

He's absolutely right about the psychology of information and that every source is biased. We learn that in postgrad media studies. He gets a lot of flak, but he's correct on a lot of points. In terms of understanding bias, you also have to look at whether this is first (your own personal experience), second (something that happened to someone you have direct access to), or third-hand account of something. Most information today is filtered through many cogs in the wheel, and there's quite a bit that can get lost in translation.

Please Note: From what I have seen of Andrew Bustamante, though he is Ex-CIA he appears to actually be a Good Guy and speaks a lot of Truth. - HOWEVER. When you are dealing with someone who comes from within the Intelligence Agencies there is a reasonable level of Expectations Held that they should have a fair level of UNDERSTANDING of International Geo-Politics. And Bustamante's take on what is Driving the situation in Israel and Palestine, his analysis and summary falls completely short of an adequate response. Anyone who knows anything about what is really happening in our world today understands that the Rothschild's and the British Led Globalist Cabal not only Completely Control Israel, but the Entire Global Geo-Political Landscape. Not even bringing the New World Order into the conversation about Israel and Palestine is an INSULT to our Intelligence. I have been impressed by his previous interviews. But this interview to reveals that Bustamante is viewing his Disclosure of Truth as an INCOME and CAREER. Ooh. He has sold a Million Books. He is on TV. - Well, we are Fighting for the Very Future of Humanity Itself. Anyone who puts their Income or Career over that CAN KISS MY ASS. - This Israel - Palestine incident has been a Blessing in one respect. It has been Extremely Helpful in Exposing who are the SHILLS and the Fools. Bustamante has lost my respect with this interview. - See discussion of Israel - Palestine after the 1 hour mark: - Lol. Look at the sheepish expression on Bustamante's faces when he is being directed on the desired boundaries of the conversation. Here are bullet point summaries with timestamps for the key topics covered in the conversation between Tom Bilyeu and Andrew Bustamante: - The conflict between Israel and Palestine (9:24) - Traces the roots of the conflict back to biblical times with Ishmael and Isaac, the establishment of Israel after WWII, and the resulting tensions with Palestinians who were already living there. - Thinking through difficult global problems (14:34) - Laying out a framework for analyzing complex issues: map the terrain, take in different perspectives, analyze and synthesize information to identify gaps, define goals, understand different frames of reference. - Civilization pyramid model (20:12) - Explains a model of the tradeoffs between individual freedoms and societal order/efficiency as you go from individualism to tribalism to an organized state. Discusses how the US allows movement between levels. - Social media manipulation and disinformation (37:00) - Covers how social media allows easy priming and confirmation bias, blurring entertainment and facts. Notes risks of AI-generated fake content. Stresses media literacy. - 2024 US election outlook (43:13) - Assesses the high probability of Biden vs Trump rematch, impact on US reputation, and risks of increased instability or unrest depending on outcome. - Jeffrey Epstein conspiracy theories (44:12) - Debunks notions of Epstein as a CIA plant, while analyzing hallmarks suggesting he was likely an intelligence asset for a foreign service. - Espionage tactics and compromising targets (52:51) - Explains common vulnerabilities like financial needs, relationship problems, health issues that foreign services exploit to recruit assets. Discusses prevalence of "honey traps". - Prospect of a new world war (2:00:36) - Argues WWIII if it comes would likely involve proxy wars and economic battles rather than overt state vs state clashes. Warns against catastrophizing threats. - Israel-Palestine as a proxy battleground (2:13) - Characterizes the conflict as an indirect fight between US and Iran for influence. Sees economic incentives as the key for an enduring peace deal. - AI and information warfare (2:38:31) - Optimistic about AI's potential but notes risks of fake content. Sees blockchain verification as a solution. Warns the US is behind in infrastructure.

It can pay well and there are some great perks that come with it because it is a gov't job after all but from personal stories I've heard its typically a boring desk job like any other and if you don't like that it can slowly grind away at your soul. Also because you'll experience a ton of waste and mismanagement that will make you upset and question how can it be so bad. Now granted there are many jobs at the CIA and not all of them necessarily involve riding a desk. There are jobs where you could be stationed overseas or if you are military you could be hired on as a contractor or vice versa. But most of the people doing the "espionage" kind of work are analysts and intel officers that gather and push data around to higher ups or other departments. It is cool in the sense you get to read and handle secret or top secret information based on your clearance level and your contribution can help the overall effort but its not at all like the movies. Your are not going to be special agent Jack Ryan travelling around the globe, interrogating assets, sneaking around killing bad guys and preventing a plot to kill the president.
