My initial thoughts is that I actually watched Lecesister throughout the season. I actually like Enzo Maresca he was on my shortlist for 4 managers I would've wanted and I stated in that list in paratheses "If Available" I didn't know Maresca would be available to attain. Chelsea have a good track record with italians to be fair, he was a Pep student and I feel like that was the leading reason for signing him tbh but I think he'll do well and be able to maximize our young talent and stabilize our midfield. I'm more excited for this appointment than I would be if we got De Zerbi

for me...chelsea have never been traditionaly a possession based team....when u think of chelsea....u think of a robust, solid defense tht carries an attacking threat in transition....even direct at times....which is why they have been good in knockout competitions....the are a lot more versatile an dynamic nd dont have one way of playing.....but incorporates different styles of play depending on the opponent....like real madrid...they dont particularly play like madrid but they dont have a difinitive playing style like madrid

I am very concerned with the left-wing side. Sterling and Mudryk are not consistent with their positions. Nkunku is number 10 but can left side; not his best position. If its massively failing then the 2 SD's will have to leave with the head coach. Massive risk but I think there is a high reward. Need the players to buy into it.
