Ciara. What is your recommendation for looking good (but staying warm and dry) when commuting in Ireland? Hate the puffy coat look but a wool coat /umbrella combo is not practical for winter commutes considering the wet miserable stormy days. (That wind in Dublin City has claimed many an umbrella) interested to see how you approach this?
