So glad your month went better than January! For me, February is often the worst month of the year, but this year with lockdown and everything, I guess it couldn't get worse anymore, so I am glad that I didn't fall into a hole mentally this year!

I found what you said about vegan desserts/treats interesting. I have the opposite issue. As a family of 5 adults/teens finding a premade vegan dessert, treat or often even premade savoury foods is so difficult. Often I feel things are either for 2 or 4 people. I do make at least 80% of what we eat but it's nice to sometimes just pick up something premade 😊.

Im ill and I dont treat it in hospital because I dont want to...and imagine my goal is 800 steps....it's a lot for me because my heart beats too fast. So IM telling you enjoy every step u are able to make... again a nice calming video, perfect for my slow Friday evening .
