CID Development Perspectives: Social Networks featuring Emily Breza (Harvard University). Breza discusses her study of a peer sexual health counseling program offered in Brazilian high schools that finds network-based selection is more effective than the status quo benchmark. She presents work exploring how networks change with respect to policy change by discussing financial and credit markets and a framework for estimating network characteristics with only partial network data. This talk occurred at the 2023 North East Universities Development Consortium (NEUDC) Conference at Harvard Kennedy School on November 4, 2023.
